Refund & Return Policy
At Bombay Nimco, all products are freshly prepared and securely packed under strict hygiene standards. Due to the perishable nature of food items, returns are not accepted once an order has been delivered.
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or missing item, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To process any claim, it is mandatory to record a clear and continuous video while opening the parcel. The video must begin before the package is opened, clearly show the sealed parcel, and capture the complete unboxing process without cuts or edits. Any damage or missing items must be clearly visible in the video. Claims cannot be processed without proper unboxing video proof.
After verification, we may offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds (if approved) will be issued via bank transfer within 3–5 working days.
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch only. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Orders above Rs 10,000 are considered bulk purchases. Additional shipping charges may apply based on weight and destination. Full or partial advance payment may be required for bulk orders before dispatch.
