Due to the perishable nature of food items, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

ELIGIBLE CASES
• Wrong item delivered
• Damaged or expired product on arrival

TIME FRAME
• Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• Photo/video proof is required.

REFUND OPTIONS
• Replacement item  
• Store credit  
• Refund to original payment method (where applicable)

NON-ELIGIBLE
• Change of mind after opening product
• Delays caused by courier services
